Weddings
Chairs are used as another prop to assist us through a Gentle Hatha practice. We start sitting on our chairs and move to standing poses using the chair for balance. Students also have the option to continue practicing using the chair or going down to the mat. Whatever works for you on any given day. Great class for those who are beginners, getting over an injury, have arthritis or fibromyalgia, trouble getting up and down, those who have not practiced in awhile, or those who want to approach things a little gentler with time to really feel what is happening in their body. There is lots of instruction allowing time to build up strength, mobility, flexibility and balance.
